1. EQUIPMENT *

The participant is responsible for providing all of the equipment necessary to complete the workshop.

2. CONFIDENTIALITY *

The Participant understands that all information that is given to her/him is the exclusive property of Erin Elizabeth Photography and Anja McDonald Photography and is privileged and confidential information. It may not be copied or sold. This includes, but is not exclusive to, screen shots, video recordings and copying of any written material. The sharing of any material or insights learnt from Erin Elizabeth Photography and Anja McDonald Photography is strictly prohibited.

3. NON-COMPETE *

Participant shall not compete as a photography mentor or workshop instructor within 12 months of the completion date of this workshop. This includes on-line and in person competition, making of actions, or speaking at events within the fields covered. If you take up instructing after this period, please inform us as you will be removed from the support group.

4. CANCELLATION *

In the event that a workshop is cancelled due to illness or similar circumstances beyond our control, Erin Elizabeth Photography and Anja McDonald Photography will provide notice to the Participant as soon as possible. In the case of inclement weather, there are no reschedules or refunds. This is beyond the instructors control and location will be adjusted accordingly.

The workshop is non-refundable if the Participant is unable to attend, they are welcome to sell their seat.
